Step 3: Sealant
Because the concrete is dry, we can apply sealant immediately - no waiting around to let dirt return.

The first type of sealant penetrates and seals the internal structure of the concrete. Now that the pore-clogging dirt is gone, the water-repellent sealant can penetrate deep into the concrete, filling in the pores and preventing damaging dirt and water from getting in.

The second type of sealant protects the surface. Unlike other sealants, our chemistry is better. It creates a breathable layer on top of the concrete surface. Water vapor from underground sources can pass through and escape, but rain droplets are too large and bead up on the surface like a freshly waxed car.

Step 4: Coloring and Staining – “Locking in the Stain”
Your customer can now begin to think about decorative color treatments and stains. Because the concrete has been properly cleaned and sealed, your work to make the end product truly eye-catching will not be wasted in a few months. You'll get more satisfied customers and a referral source that speaks for itself.
By using the unique ConcreteScience® process, the colored stain penetrates deep into the concrete, locking in the color.
