The refinement level of the equipment is extensive. Using feedback from the JV partners, ConcreteScience® and Prochem have re-engineered almost every aspect of the vehicle and tool design. Some notable examples include:

• A new layout inside the vehicle accounts for all of the tools needed for the job. This provides an organized appearance and saves time on the job site.
• The hard surface cleaner itself has gone through extensive revisions making it easier to maintain. Equipment that is easy to maintain gets maintained more often and reduces service calls.
• Improved water heaters and vacuum pressure systems improve already stunning performance.

To maintain its competitive advantage, ConcreteScience® has several new refinements and tools on the drawing board. Improved equipment will let the ConcreteScience® franchisee (1) work more efficiently and (2) increase its indoor service offering with smaller versions of the current technology.
